Chris specializes in Criminal Defense Law, Car Accident Injury Law and Security Clearance Defense Law.
Chris’s passion for and career in personal injury began after he was in a severe auto accident. While on his way to work, Chris was struck by a negligent driver. After that incident, Chris decided to attend law school and fight for the rights of the injured as a Auto Accident Lawyer. He is passionate about upholding the rights of the injured and making society safer one client and one law suit at a time.
Chris has always been interested in Criminal Law, during his attendance at Old Dominion University he became convinced that the way our system is run, the conduct of state actors and injustice in the system require those that are capable, to do something about it.
On December 21, 2021 Chris was accused of a crime he did not commit. The incompetent and prejudicial gender discriminatory local government officials used an individual that was later determined to have been diagnosed and prescribed anti-psychotics; including recreationally abusing prescriptions, to falsely persecute Chris. The government was immediatley provided prima facie evidence of innocence but, that didn't matter. It didn't matter he had clear photographic evidence of innocence that made the whole case make no plain sense.
We have a society and law enforcement/prosecutors that are not immune to some of the most basic fallacy of human nature. The inability to see whats right in front of your face and just ignore it because of your personal bias and cognitive deficiencies. The very idea that you are allowed to excuse your own inhumanity and the way you treat others becuase of the gender of your off-spring is incredibly narcissitic.
Basically and objectively, the the entire case made no sense to any logical person, yet they sought to incarcerate Chris for the remainder of his life. Unforfunately, not every government official is in their position because they should be, some are in their positions for all the wrong reasons. Never be silent to injustice. Chris is a supporter of the Innocence Network and the Mid-Atlantic Innocence Project.
Early Life
Chris was born and raised in Lynchburg, Virginia where there is a great community. Lynchburg is a small city in Central Virginia placed at the foothills of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. Chris graduated from Brookville High School in Campbell County, VA where he played defensive linebacker and was a captain for the varsity football team. Chris also received perfect scores on standardized history exams, the law is really a study of history.
Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, B.S.
Chris earned his Bachelor of Science from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. Chris majored in Criminal Justice and minored in History. The Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice was designed to train leaders and practitioners of criminal law in the variouse applications of criminal justice and the practical knowledge of law enforcement administration.
Chris made the Dean’s list during his time at ODU. He also briefly played for Old Dominions Club Rugby team as a flanker and recreational flag football teams.
Doctorate of Jurisprudence, J.D.
Chris attended Law School in Fort Lauderdale, FL at Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. Nova's J.D. Program was to "Develop the knowledge, skills, and values that are at the heart of becoming a trusted, highly adept, professional lawyer. NSU combines traditional and innovative teaching methods to provide a dynamic program and guide students on making a smooth transition from the classroom to the courtroom."
The beaches are nice in Fort Lauderdale. During his time at Nova, Chris earned the highest Honors in Pro Bono legal work for volunteering with MISSION UNITED Legal Aid Service of Broward County, a non-profit organization affiliated with the United Way. This organization was established to help Veterans with their legal needs. Chris also interned with the Broward County Public Defender’s office Homicide and Felony Departments.

Masters of Laws in International Legal Studies, LL.M.
After practicing for several years as an Attorney, Chris went on to get his Masters of Laws from Liberty University. The Masters of Laws is a terminal Degree, the highest degree in the legal field. While at Liberty Chris earned his LL.M. in International Legal Studies. Much of the curriculum centered around the study of International Human Rights. Human Rights Law is the cornerstone of most legal principles dating back to the origins of law. "The Master of Laws in International Legal Studies (LL.M.) exists to equip lawyers with relevant knowledge, in the context of the 21st century, to address legal issues consistent with fundamental principles of justice and the rule of law."
Chris was humbly awarded the honor of being accepted to and attending the summer study abroad program at the University of Oxford's Faculty of Law to study Human Rights. During his time at Oxford, Chris learned a great deal about the experiences of other legal scholars from around the world. Specifically, Courses related to advanced Human Rights Lawyering and War, Peace and Human Rights.
Furthermore, Chris was awarded a scholarship to attend the National Trial Advocacy College at the University of Virginia, School of Law. While in attendance at UVA Law, Chris honed his trial skills in order to effectively represent clients in jury trials.
The Hague Academy
In the Winter of 2025 Chris attended courses at The Hague Academy. The Academy is located in The Hague, Netherlands. The Hague, Netherlands is home to the the International Criminal Court, International Court of Justice, and the International Permanent Court of Arbitration. The Academy was created over a century ago with the ultimate goal to create peace through law. While attending The Hague Academy Chris built on his knowledge and expertise.
Doctor of Law and Policy (D.L.P)
Chris is currently enrolled in Liberty University's Doctor of Law and Policy. The purpose of the Doctor of Law and Policy (D.L.P) is to prepare professionals with an in-depth knowledge of the law and its connection to public policy. This degree program provides the development of skills in public policy analysis, policy formulation, law implementation, and enforcement methods. This Doctoral level degree is to develop policy experts and legal scholars who can critically analyze complex issues and provide meaningful, impactful solutions that improve the lives of Citizens.
This degree is critical to the understanding of the defense of individual liberties and provide the advanced training needed to confront the political challenges posed to freedom and the safeguarding of our American democracy.
If there are 2 things in the world today that affect people of every background, they are law and policy. Law is the moral and philosophical foundation upon which public policy is built, and public policy is an expression of the will of the people through the political process. When public policy is understood through the lens of the law, it is better formulated, more easily defended, and more effectively applied.
Flight School
After Law School, Chris attended several flight schools including North Star Flight Academy in Fort Lauderdale, FL. for his Private Pilots License; Florida State College at Jacksonville: Cecil Field in Jacksonville, FL. for his Instrument Rating; Freedom Aviation in Lynchburg VA for his Commercial Pilots License; and American Flyers in Morristown, NJ for his Flight Instructors certificate. Currently, Chris is working on obtaining his Commercial Multi-Engine Flight Instructor Rating.
Hobbies
Chris’s favorite past-times include: Flying airplanes, Walking the dog, exercising at the YMCA, Skiing, Hiking and, SCUBA Diving amongst other outdoor activites. Chris is also a member of the National Rifle Associate and Virginia Citizens Defense League.
Chris loves the United States of America, the Commonwealth of Virginia and Lynchburg City. The founding legal principles of law that center around Christian values and the Bible rest at the cornerstone of our good community.
